Charisma

The Harvard Business Review recently published an article on Charisma.  In Project Management parlance, this is referred to as the Halo Effect.  On the surface, charisma is generally considered a good quality to possess.  But as is sometimes the case, all that glitters isn't gold.  Read more here.
